Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns.
  2. Condition: Items should be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. Socks that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for returns.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Include your RMA number, original order number, and a brief description of the reason for the return inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. We will also arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
